Our main goal has always been and will always be to provide you with the absolute best service anywhere. We strive to be available to you for insurance servicing needs during regular office hours as well as around the clock with certain insurance companies. Our office lobby is again open for the time being, but we would like anyone needing to make an appointment to meet. We will be wearing a mask when we meet with you. And, for your safety and for the safety of our employees, we ask that you also wear a mask (one will be provided if you don't have one.)
Many times, a "face to face" meeting is really unnecessary as most of what we do can be handled via texting, e-mail, and electronic signatures.
Please keep in mind that we will do everything in our power to answer your calls and e-mails in a very timely manner. If we happen to miss a call, please leave a message and we will get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. Many of the companies we represent have phone numbers that you can call directly to make premium payments, report claims, and — in some cases — even make policy changes:

Premium Payment Information
If you need to make a premium payment, you have options. With most insurance companies, payments can be made over the phone or on the internet. Payment information is most likely shown right on your billing statement.
If you have no other option but to pay cash, you will need to call the office and let us know that you need to make a payment. You can put the payment in an envelope with a copy of your bill (or Name and the policy number you need to pay) and put the payment in our exterior mailbox (to your right). Please do not do this after hours. Payments accepted during business hours only.
