Robert has been active
in the insurance agency since 1972. During his 30+ years in the
agency he has been involved in the management since the first month
working with his father. Robert completed his Certified Insurance
Counselor
designation
in 1980. Each year as a CIC Robert completes at least 20 hours of
continuing education. Robert has served in several positions within
the insurance industry. Robert served as President of the Professional
Insurance Agents of Utah, served as National Director for Utah to
the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents for six
years, and has served on the Board of Director of Utah Association
of Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers. Robert's areas of responsibilities
in the agency are now commercial business insurance, group and individual
benefits. |

Craig Wiseman has
been working at Wiseman Insurance Agency since 1980 part time while
finishing school at the University of Utah. Upon graduation in 1983
Craig joined the agency full time concentrating in the Personal
Insurance and Life and Health areas. In 1987, Craig obtained his
Certified Insurance Counselor designation after attending and passing
five required areas of study over a four year period. Maintaining
this designation requires attending a 20-hour continuing education
seminar each year. He is very involved in the Independent Insurance
Agents Association and was awarded the Young Agent of the Year in
1993 as well as the Agent of the Year in 1998 by the Professional
Insurance Agents of Utah. |

Telden Wiseman recently
joined Wiseman Insurance Agency having received his degree from
Utah Valley State College. Telden is involved in Commercial Insurance
Sales and has just complete the Pacesetter Sales Insurance Training
Course sponsored by State Auto Insurance in Columbus Ohio. Telden’
outside interests are mountain biking and snowboarding. |

I started in the
insurance industry in 1987, working for a State Farm Insurance Agent
in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I learned the industry according to State
Farm and in 1995 went to work for The Hartwell Corporation in their
commercial lines department, where I found out that there was a
whole world of insurance I knew nothing about. I studied hard, took
several classes, and was promoted to be the account manager over
the small commercial lines department. In 1998, I moved to Utah
and went to work for Wiseman Insurance Agency, LC. I am licensed
in property, casualty, life and health, and have earned several
insurance designations, including Certified Insurance Counselor
(CIC), as well as the Certified Professional Insurance Woman designation
(CPIW). These designations are earned by taking classes and passing
a series of tests. Additional classes are required annually in order
to keep the designations. I am presently an account manager/agent
with Wiseman Insurance Agency, LC. |

Hi, I started with
Wiseman Insurance in April of 2007. I came into the insurance
business
with no prior insurance experience. I have been eager to learn and
over the last few months I have gathered a wealth of knowledge. I
am in the process of preparing for my licensing exam. I am very
excited to get to know our customers and to be able to help them
in any way. I have four children, three girls one boy. I also have
two grandsons and one granddaughter, which by the way are my absolute
JOY! |

Amy Carter has worked
for Wiseman Insurance Agency for over five years. She earned her
Associated Degree in Accounting from Provo College in 1997. While
employed with Wiseman Insurance she has had the opportunity to train
in several different areas of the business. She does accounting,
notary bonds, technical support, licensing coordinator and services
small commercial accounts. |

Ila Jones has been
working in the insurance industry since 1993 as a licensed property
and casualty service representative. She came to Wiseman Insurance
Agency, LC in February of 2006. Ila has resided in Utah County for
the past twenty-four years, raising a large family. Prior to raising
her family, she attended the University of Utah and B.Y.U., majoring
in German and Japanese languages. She is currently in agency training
and looking forward to further study leading to agent licensing. |

Stephanie has worked
for Wiseman Insurance Agency since October of 1997. She is a licensed
agent with an associates degree from UVSC. She has complete her
CISR designation and is currently working on obtaining her CIC Designation.
She enjoys working for Wiseman Insurance Agency and its clients
very much. |

| Jelaire
Lambourne |

Jelaire has worked
in insurance for about the past 9 years. She has been a licensed
agent for about the last 7 or 8 years. She recently came to Wiseman
Insurance and loves it. Jelaire is originally from Orange County
CA and moved to UT shortly after High School. She also served an
LDS mission in the wonderful country of South Korea. Jelaire is
currently working on obtaining her CISR designation so she can better
service the clients here at Wiseman Insurance. |
