Robert has been active in the insurance agency since 1972. During his 30+ years in the agency he has been involved in the management since the first month working with his father. Robert completed his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1980. Each year as a CIC Robert completes at least 20 hours of continuing education. Robert has served in several positions within the insurance industry. Robert served as President of the Professional Insurance Agents of Utah, served as National Director for Utah to the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents for six years, and has served on the Board of Directors of Utah Association of Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers. Robert's areas of responsibilities in the agency are now commercial business insurance, group and individual benefits.

Craig Wiseman has been working at ISU-Wiseman Insurance since 1980 part time while finishing school at the University of Utah. Upon graduation in 1983 Craig joined the agency full time concentrating in the Personal Insurance and Life and Health areas. In 1987 Craig obtained his Certified Insurance Counselor designation after attending and passing five required areas of study over a four year period. Maintaining this designation requires attending a 20-hour continuing education seminar each year. He is very involved in the Independent Insurance Agents Association and was awarded the Young Agent of the Year in 1993 as well as the Agent of the Year in 1998 by the Professional Insurance Agents of Utah. Craig concentrates his efforts in the agency in production of all lines of insurance as well as managing the marketing efforts of the business.

Telden began his insurance career in 2005. Since then, Telden has focused and specialized in dealing with business owners to insure their assets and protect their businesses. Telden completed his CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation in 2009. In June of 2010, Telden was recognized as the "2010 Young Agent of the Year" by the Utah Association of Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers. Telden currently serves as the Young Agents Chair for the Association. Recently, Telden obtained his Life and Health Insurance license.

I started in the insurance industry in 1987, working for a State Farm Insurance Agent in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I learned the industry according to State Farm and in 1995 went to work for The Hartwell Corporation in their commercial lines department, where I found out that there was a whole world of insurance I knew nothing about. I studied hard, took several classes, and was promoted to be the account manager over the small commercial lines department. In 1998, I moved to Utah and went to work for ISU-Wiseman Insurance. I am licensed in property, casualty, life and health, and have earned several insurance designations, including Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), as well as the Certified Professional Insurance Woman designation (CPIW). These designations are earned by taking classes and passing a series of tests. Additional classes are required annually in order to keep the designations. I am presently an account manager/agent with ISU-Wiseman Insurance.

Stephanie Hutchings has been employed at ISU-Wiseman Insurance since 1997. During that time she has obtained her Agents License and her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designations. Stephanie stared with the agency as a Personal Lines Account Representative and moved into the Commercial department in January of 2007. She is involved in writing new commercial accounts as well as servicing existing commercial accounts.

Amy Carter has worked for ISU-Wiseman Insurance since August 1999. She earned her Associates Degree in Accounting from Provo College in 1997. While employed with ISU-Wiseman Insurance she has had the opportunity to train in several different areas of the business. She does accounting, notary bonds, technical support, licensing coordinator and services small commercial accounts.

Ila Jones has been working in the insurance industry since 1993 and is a licensed agent and certified CISR in property and casualty personal lines. She came to ISU-Wiseman Insurance in February of 2006. Ila has resided in Utah County for the past twenty-eight years raising her family, and enjoys helping others obtain the protection they and their families need in today's unpredictable world.

Jelaire has worked in insurance for about the past 9 years. She has been a licensed agent for about the last 8 or 9 years. She came to ISU-Wiseman Insurance in May of 2007 and loves it here. Jelaire is originally from Orange County CA and moved to UT shortly after High School. She also served an LDS mission in the wonderful country of South Korea. Jelaire is currently working on obtaining her CISR designation so she can better service the clients here at ISU-Wiseman Insurance.

Shanna started with ISU-Wiseman Insurance in April of 2007. She came into the insurance buiness with no prior insurance experience and has been eagar to learn. She has been very excited to get to know our customers and to be able to help them in any way. Shanna has four children, three girls and one boy. I also have two grandsons and one granddaughter, which by the way are my absolute JOY!
